Counselling and Psychotherapy in Stoke-on-Trent
You've maybe landed on this page because you are struggling with something in your life.
You may be finding that life can be tough and are looking to engage in counselling to help you through this.
What I offer is a confidential, non-judgmental counselling service. I can offer you support, guidance, coping strategies and gentle challenge.
It can be good to talk to someone impartial, who is not a family member, friend or colleague. Someone who can listen and be there for you, accept and value you for who you are.
Through the counselling process l aim to help you to express feelings, thoughts and experiences and gain a better understanding, so that you can make changes and choices that are right for you.
I can help you to understand your current situation, as well as dealing with your past. Counselling gives you the space to make changes at your own pace and to trust in a process that can guide your future and help find ways to cope.
