About Counselling:
As well as healing, Counselling offers you a safe place to understand yourself. Somewhere to reflect, away from friends, family and work colleagues, with a trusted professional. This gives you the opportunity to change the way you think and feel. Not only to feel listened to, but to be understood and accepted for who you are.
What I offer is Counselling of an Integrative nature. This means that I work using a variety of modalities including Person Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Attachment Therapy and Psychodynamic Therapy.
As a counsellor I offer you my honesty and respect while we explore issues you feel you would like to bring to counselling at the times we have agreed.
